Since joining OlyFed in October 2020 as Branch Manager of the Lacey branch, Kaitlyn has made an incredible impact through her innovative leadership and boundless energy. After nearly five years in Lacey, she recently brought her creativity and enthusiasm to our Downtown Olympia branch this past spring.
Earlier this year, Kaitlyn was recognized nationally as one of Independent Banker’s 40 Under 40 Honorees, celebrated for her innovative thinking and creative approach to leadership. She’s the mastermind behind OlyFed’s Skill Drill, a dynamic training program that turns learning into a high-energy, engaging experience. Kaitlyn’s passion for people extends beyond the branch, too. She’s been a dedicated mentor helping students strengthen their financial literacy skills.
Throughout her time at OlyFed, Kaitlyn has been recognized with several internal awards, each one a reflection of her commitment to excellence and care for others.

When she’s not helping customers or coaching her team, she’s either cooking for a crowd (because she can’t cook for fewer than ten!), roller skating on her break, belting out a tune complete with choreography, or embracing her inner Trekkie.
