Kaitlyn began her OlyFed career at the Lacey branch where she was branch manager for almost five years before moving to the Downtown Olympia branch this past May.

She created and led OlyFed’s “Skill Drill,” a dynamic training initiative that blends music, games and breakfast to boost employee and customer engagement.
