OlyFed Celebrates Staff Promotions and Welcomes New Assistant Branch Manager

OlyFed is proud to announce the promotions of several team members and to welcome a new branch leader to our team.

Isabella Marocco, Senior Loan Officer

Isabella Marocco has been promoted to Senior Loan Officer, serving customers at both the Downtown Olympia and Lacey branches. Since joining OlyFed in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Hawks Prairie branch, Isabella has steadily grown her career through hard work and dedication. She was quickly promoted to Lead CSR and then Universal Banker before becoming a Loan Officer in 2021. Isabella is deeply engaged in the community, regularly sharing her expertise on banking and lending while building meaningful relationships throughout Thurston County.


Kirsten Tate, Downtown Olympia Branch Manager

Kirsten Tate has been promoted to Branch Manager at the Downtown Olympia branch. Kirsten began her OlyFed career in 2022 as a CSR at Hawks Prairie and quickly advanced to Universal Banker, then Assistant Branch Manager. Her leadership and commitment to her team have made a lasting impact. As one of the bank’s Better Fedder Committee leaders, Kirsten plays an important role in fostering our positive workplace culture. In April 2025, she was named Employee of the Quarter in recognition of her outstanding leadership during a transitional period at her branch.

Nick Guyer has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Hawks Prairie branch. Nick joined OlyFed in 2023 as a CSR and was promoted to Universal Banker within a year. He has consistently built strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. In 2024, Nick was named Employee of the Quarter for his dedication, teamwork and commitment to going above and beyond.


Shea Wahlstrom, Marketing & Outreach Manager

Shea Wahlstrom has been promoted to Marketing & Outreach Manager. Shea joined OlyFed in 2022 as Digital Outreach & Communications Coordinator. She has played a key role in strengthening OlyFed’s brand presence and community engagement efforts. An active contributor to OlyFed’s Better Fedder and DEI&B Committees, Shea was named Employee of the Quarter in 2025 for her innovation, teamwork and community involvement. Outside the bank, she serves on the Board of Lacey Rotary and on multiple committees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County.


Welcoming Kitty Jones-Davis, Yelm Highway Assistant Branch Manager

In addition to these promotions, we are pleased to welcome Kitty Jones-Davis as Assistant Branch Manager at the Yelm Highway branch. Kitty brings four years of financial industry experience, with a background in retail banking, loan servicing and customer support. We are excited to have her leadership and expertise supporting customers and staff at the Yelm Highway branch.
