Nicole’s Olyfed journey started in June 2016 as a Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Downtown Olympia branch. Her dedication and drive quickly led to a promotion to Universal Banker at the Lacey branch in April 2017. After transferring to the Yelm branch in early 2018, Nicole earned a promotion to Loan Officer and then Assistant Branch Manager II.

Over the next three years, she continued to strengthen her leadership abilities, expand her expertise, and make a meaningful impact not only with her team, but also with customers and the community. In April 2021, Nicole advanced to Branch Manager in Tumwater, and then in 2023 she returned to the Yelm branch, which allowed her to further showcase her commitment to excellence, leadership and community engagement.

Most recently, in spring 2026, Nicole was promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) Branch Manager II in recognition of her outstanding customer service as well as her unwavering dedication to professional development and lifelong learning. Nicole’s commitment to excellence has been recognized with serveral organizational awards and honors over the years.

Outside of work, her curiosity and love of learning continue to shine. An avid reader, she enjoys exploring bookstores both locally and during her travels, always searching for new stories and fresh perspectives from her next favorite book. She enjoys painting and has been attending classes in the evening.

Nicole is also a huge Disney fan, with an impressive collection of Disney pins and earlier this year, she got married at Disney World. Incredibly close to her family; Nicole lives next door to her parents and is often traveling with them to watch her nieces’ sporting events.
