
Linda’s OlyFed journey began in 2006, when she joined the Lacey branch as a Customer Service Representative. The next year, she was promoted to Operations Assistant where she flourished in her new role. In September 2021, Linda’s diligence and dedication to providing excellent customer service earned her a promotion to Universal Operations Assistant. During her 20 years of service to OlyFed, Linda has been recognized for several internal awards, including being honored with OlyFed’s most prestigious customer service recognition, the Kris Fischer Award, in 2019.
Linda has made a lasting impact not only on OlyFed but on our community too. Whether assisting a customer, supporting a colleague or stepping in wherever help was needed, Linda always does so with kindness, compassion and a smile, often cracking a joke along the way. Her commitment to serving others and enhancing the wellbeing of our community has been a defining characteristic of her career.

While Linda will be greatly missed, her retirement is well deserved and we are excited for her as she begins this next chapter. Linda, thank you for your 20 years of dedication to OlyFed.
