Jill was hired in July 2002 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey Branch and was promoted to Float CSR in December of the same year. In July 2003, Jill was promoted to Loan Closer and two years later she was named Senior Loan Closer.
In December 2017, Jill moved to Quality Control, and then in July 2019, she was moved back to Loan Closer and then promoted once again to Senior Loan Closer in December 2021.
Jill is a member of the Association’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and has twice been named Employee of the Quarter. She has received several loan production awards and has also been honored with several distinctions for her commitment to the bank’s values of always doing the right thing.

When she’s not at work, Jill loves hiking and camping with her family and also spending time at the beach.
