Jennifer was hired in September of 2007 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey Branch and was quickly promoted to Lead CSR for the branch just months later.
In October of 2008, Jennifer was promoted to Savings Counselor at the Downtown Olympia Branch and in 2010, she was named Savings & Retirement Specialist. Her leadership and excellence in customer service led to her promotion as Assistant Branch Manager at Lacey Branch in 2013. A year later, in July 2014, Jennifer was named Tumwater Branch Manager.
With her commitment to learning combined with her product and industry knowledge, she was made an officer of the bank and given the title of Assistant Vice President (AVP) in April 2016. Two years later, Jennifer took her lending expertise to the Loan Department as the Residential Loan Manager. In 2019, Jennifer was promoted to Vice President and in May 2020, she was promoted to SVP, Chief Banking Officer.

Jennifer has received numerous internal corporate value awards that recognize her exceptional service, knowledge and commitment to serving her community and colleagues. Jennifer has twice been named Employee of the Quarter by her peers in 2015 and 2019 and she has also received the prestigious Kris Fischer Customer Service Award.
A little-known fact about Jennifer is that she was an air traffic controller when she served in the United States military. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys gardening, quilting, baking and spending time with family!
