Staff Leadership Promotions

Olympia Federal Savings (OlyFed) is pleased to announce the promotions of three team members.

Jennifer Arnold, is now Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Banking Officer (CBO). Arnold joined OlyFed in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and has been promoted several times serving as an Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Residential Loan Manager and Vice President.

Amanda Crouthamel, was promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) Loan Origination Manager and is now an officer of the bank. Crouthamel joined OlyFed in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and has served as an IRA Specialist, Assistant Branch Manager, Loan Officer and Loan Underwriter.

James Ortmann, was named Assistant Vice President (AVP) Operation Manager and is now an officer of the bank. Ortmann joined OlyFed in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and has served as an Operations Assistant and Assistant Operations Manager.
