Erin joined OlyFed in August 2015 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey branch and just over a year later was promoted to Lead CSR. In December 2017, Erin was hired as a Universal Operations Assistant. As she grew in her role and expanded her knowledge in Loan Servicing, her leadership and expertise earned her a promotion in December 2022 to Loan Servicing Assistant Manager.
Throughout her career, Erin has been recognized many times through the bank’s internal values awards and employee recognition programs. She’s been celebrated for the way she shows up for her teammates and customers alike, as well as for her commitment to lifelong learning. Most recently, Erin received the Lori G Drummond Leadership Award, a meaningful recognition that speaks to her character, integrity and positive influence across the Association.

Beyond her professional contributions, Erin is known for her creativity and unique talents. Whether she’s crafting jewelry, mugs, gnomes or even forging knives, she’s always creating something impressive. She has even shared her work at local craft markets and often gives them as gifts. Erin is also known for her love of puzzles and you can usually find her working on one in the lunchroom during her breaks.
