Brianne began her OlyFed career in the summer of 2001 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Downtown Olympia branch. Just a year later, she was promoted to Lead CSR at the Lacey branch before being promoted to Loan Closer in November 2002. Her exceptional work ethic and attention to detail earned her a promotion to Senior Loan Closer in 2008, followed by another promotion to Loan Operations Manager in the spring of 2011.
In 2020, Brianne was named Vice President, Risk and Lending Compliance Manager, a promotion reflecting the extraordinary leadership, dedication and professionalism she brings to OlyFed every day.
Throughout her career, Brianne has been recognized for the lasting impact she makes on our customers and her colleagues. In 2015, she was the recipient of the Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award, and in 2024, was named Employee of the Quarter, recognized for her outstanding achievements and contributions to the Association.

Outside of work, Brianne enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and going on road trips with her boys. One thing you might not know about her is her impressive talent for home renovation projects. If Brianne sets her mind to something, there’s a good chance she’ll master it!
