Rachel began her OlyFed career as a Customer Service Representative at the Belfair branch in June 2010. In 2016, she was promoted to Universal Banker and was quickly promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in May 2017. Due to her exceptional work ethic and thoughtful leadership, Rachel was promoted to Branch Manager in October 2020 and, in April 2025, to AVP/Branch Manager II.
Rachel’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized not only for her contributions to the bank but also for her commitment to her community. She regularly volunteers her time with the North Mason High School DECA program, the Kiwanis Club of North Mason, North Mason Chamber of Commerce and the Kitsap Builders Association.
Rachel was recently honored with the Lori G Drummond Leadership Award, an award recognizing an OlyFedder who demonstrates our values in all the work they do to move our mission forward in serving our customers, community and fellow colleagues.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys live music, shopping at local stores—especially Purpose Boutique—and spending time on the golf course. She’s also looking forward to an exciting trip to Scotland next year!
