Throughout her 15 years with OlyFed, Rachel has demonstrated a strong commitment to building lasting relationships with customers, colleagues and the greater North Mason community.
As Branch Manager, Rachel has truly embodied people-first leadership. Her warm, engaging and supportive management style has empowered her team to grow and succeed as individuals and a collective. Whether she’s offering a listening ear, encouraging professional development or celebrating team wins, she is always invested in helping others thrive.
Rachel’s dedication to professional development doesn’t stop with her team. This year alone, she has taken on several leadership roles that highlight her commitment to operational excellence and organizational improvement. From facilitating monthly Assistant Branch Manager meetings to streamlining CTR processes across all branches, her impact is felt across the Association. Her involvement in the Compliance Committee and ALCO meetings further reflects her commitment to OlyFed’s long-term success.
Beyond the workplace, Rachel is a passionate community advocate. She proudly represents OlyFed in several organizations, including the Kitsap Builders Association, Mason County Realtors Association and North Mason Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers her time with the North Mason High School DECA program, mentoring students and providing real-world financial education. She is also a committed member of the Kiwanis Club of North Mason, where she serves as co-chair of the Program Committee.
