Justin’s career at OlyFed began in June 2019 when he joined as an intern. By September that same year, he secured a part-time position as a Customer Service Representative at the Downtown branch. His hard work and dedication paid off as he transitioned to a full-time role in April 2020 and was subsequently promoted to Universal Banker in September 2020.
Demonstrating a keen aptitude for growth and learning, Justin became the bank’s Savings & Retirement Specialist in March 2021, and by October 2021, he was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Yelm Highway branch. In June of this year, Justin moved to the Compliance Team as a Compliance Specialist.
Justin’s impressive work history at OlyFed is a testament to his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. His dedication has not gone unnoticed; he has received several internal accolades, including two of OlyFed’s top honors: Employee of the Quarter and the Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award.

Before he began his career at OlyFed, Justin had the opportunity to plan a trip anywhere in the world, and he chose Japan. He loves all things Japan and Japanese culture, but he especially enjoys a Japanese wagyu steak. Since returning from his trip, he has spent hundreds of dollars on steak, which he will say is money well spent.
When he’s not perfecting his skills in the kitchen, one of Justin’s favorite hobbies is going on walks. During the summer, he was walking around six miles each day.
