Joanna joined the OlyFed team in May 2019 as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator. During her five years with the bank her hard work and expertise have not gone unnoticed. She is consistently making an impact on her colleagues earning her internal recognition and awards. In fact, she recently received the prestigious Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award for her dedication to providing exemplary internal and external customer service and going above and beyond for her colleagues.

When she’s not working, Joanna enjoys spending time outdoors. She is a proud grandma to Charlize and spends as much time as possible with her including taking her on hiking adventures. Joanna loves to travel and even spent a year living in a van in order to travel more. A fun fact about Joanna is that she recently got her scuba diving certification on a trip to Honduras!
