Isabella Marocco was hired in April 2018 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Hawks Prairie branch. She was quickly promoted to Lead CSR in June 2018 due to her standout customer service and referral skills. Because of her knowledge, dependability and commitment to learning, she was promoted to Universal Banker I in March 2019 and again in September 2020 to Universal Banker II.

In May 2021, Isabella was promoted to her current role as Loan Officer at the Lacey branch. “We are so fortunate to have Isabella on our team,” says Josh Deck, President & CEO.

“She builds strong relationships with our customers and enjoys making connections in the community. She demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism, and her colleagues can always count on her for support.”

Isabella is described by her peers as being competitive in all the best ways and is known for giving the most thoughtful gifts. She is creative and crafty having folded 1,000 paper cranes for her wedding last September and is great at embroidery, calling it her “retirement plan.” She has a love of Cher and Dolly Parton, but her truest love is her dog, Auggie.
