David Dixon, Hawks Prairie Universal Banker

David Dixon joins our Hawks Prairie team with a background as a banker, customer service representative, lead sawyer and safety officer. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, David didn’t see his first snowflake until moving to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho at age 19 where he quickly learned that winter wasn’t exactly his favorite season! After 20 years in North Idaho, he made his way to Western Washington, where he now calls home. When he’s not helping customers, David pursues his lifelong dream of becoming an author. He is currently writing a novel that’s been brewing in his mind for 15 years, with several more waiting their turn!

Sara Vogel, Hawks Prairie Universal Banker

Sara Vogel brings a strong background in customer service and financial services to the Hawks Prairie branch. She’s all about creating meaningful connections with people, which will make her a great asset to the team! A proud mom and devoted fan in the stands, Sara thrives on family life, outdoor adventures (rain or shine) and finding joy in life’s simple moments. She is a coffee enthusiast and former barista who also enjoys baking, reading and all things sci-fi and fantasy, especially Darth Vader and Baby Yoda! A fun fact about Sara is that she is a massage therapy graduate with a passion for natural healing.

Penny Means, Commercial Lending Specialist

With more than 20 years of banking experience, 12 of which were focused on business lending, Penny Means brings deep expertise and dedication to her new role with the Commercial team. A lifelong Washingtonian, she enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, gardening and boating. Outside of the office, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband, son and their furry and finned family members: a dog, a cat and betta fish. An avid reader and baker, Penny also speaks enough German to travel efficiently and continues to study the language.

Colt Conzatti, Chehalis Universal Banker

Colt Conzatti joins the Chehalis branch as a Universal Banker. Born and raised in Olympia, Colt has lived in the Pacific Northwest his whole life. He holds an Associate’s degree in physics and engineering and brings valuable experience in sales and construction. Ready for a fresh chapter in his career, Colt is eager to dive into the world of community banking. Outside of work, Colt enjoys gaming (both video and tabletop), fishing, trail riding, working out and social activism. He’s also a proud uncle to one niece, a title he cherishes!

Ster Bell, WorkEx Intern

Ster joins the Hawks Prairie branch through the WorkEx internship program and is currently serving in the U.S. Army. This hands-on experience at our Hawks Prairie branch will give her insight into the civilian side of banking and the many facets of how a community bank operates. Ster has a special interest in compliance and is excited to learn more about that area of the business. In her free time, she loves snowboarding in the winter and hiking in the summer. Guided by her motto, “health is wealth,” Ster lives a lifestyle centered around wellness and balance. We’re honored to have her with us!

Yessenia Hernandez, Chehalis Universal Banker

Yessenia joins the Chehalis branch as a Universal Banker with prior work experience in retail and sales and a passion for learning. A proud Mexican-American, Yessenia loves using her bilingual skills to make others feel welcome and understood. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, sewing, staying active and visiting museums whenever she can. She has a love for bright colors, cozy blankets and genuine people who bring good energy to any space. Her positivity and caring demeanor are sure to make her a great addition to the OlyFed family.

Alivia Bamba, Lacey Customer Service Representative

Alivia brings a blend of customer service and healthcare experience to her new role at our Lacey branch. She loves traveling, swimming, reading and cooking, and enjoys spending her free time at concerts, doing yoga and being with friends and family. With her upbeat personality and commitment to helping others, Alivia is sure to make customers feel right at home.
