Say Hello to Our New OlyFedders

This past quarter we were pleased to welcome four new OlyFedders to our family of caring bankers. These individuals bring a multitude of talents, skills and tremendous personal values to our team and we’re excited to introduce them to you.

Devin Khouy, Lacey Customer Service Representative

Devin Khouy joins the Lacey branch team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Devin’s background includes experience in customer service and retail management, and he is excited to move into banking and join the OlyFed team! His upbeat attitude and love of connecting with people have already made an impact on his branch and customers. Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time with family and singing, especially karaoke.


Kyle Cardwell, Tumwater Universal Banker

Kyle Cardwell joins the Tumwater branch team as a Universal Banker. Kyle has worked in customer service for over five years and in banking for more than three. His experience and industry knowledge will make him a great resource for our customers. In his free time, Kyle can be found enjoying time with friends, either playing disc golf or Magic: The Gathering.


Jeanne Whitfield, Yelm Customer Service Representative

Jeanne Whitfield joins the Yelm branch team as a CSR with over 30 years of customer service experience and a deep passion for helping others. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she moved to Washington two years ago. Jeanne has been married for 27 years and is a proud mom and grandmother. She loves cruises, camping, gardening and spending time outdoors with friends, family and her two pups.


Mary Costello, Loan Servicing Assistant

Mary Costello joins the Loan Servicing team as a Loan Servicing Assistant. Mary brings a diverse banking background in regulatory and anti-money laundering compliance, data, sales and branch operations. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, she’s called Washington home since 2011. Mary is musically inclined and enjoys playing the keyboard, singing and is currently learning guitar.
