In 2008, Brianne was provided another growth opportunity and was named Senior Loan Closer and three years later, she was promoted to Loan Operations Manager. In 2015, Brianne was honored with the Kris Fischer Customer Service Award, recognizing her many gifts, talents and contributions to the Association. It’s this commitment to excellence in service to our customers that led to Brianne being promoted once again to her current role as VP/Risk and Lending Compliance Manager.
“Brianne is very knowledgeable when it comes to our lending operations, regulatory standards and customer needs, which is what makes her such an integral part of our leadership team,” Lori Drummond, President & CEO said.
“As a highly regulated institution, we’re subject to many different audits and exams by outside entities and firms and Brianne does a wonderful job of keeping us organized and on track to ensure we’re meeting the highest standards for the benefit of our customers and community. Brianne does this challenging work with a positive attitude and care and concern for her colleagues, which is what makes her so special.”
In her free-time, you will find Brianne coaching her son’s baseball team and spending time with family and friends. Some of Brianne’s favorite treats include Diet Coke and Red Vines and if she can find someone to join her, she loves eating at great sushi restaurants.
