Aron joined OlyFed in 2018 as the Lacey branch Assistant Manager and in 2021 he was promoted to Business Relationship Banker due to his vast industry knowledge and years of business banking experience. Just recently he was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Business Relationship Banker.

Aron comes from a family of entrepreneurs having grown up on a farm raising livestock, delivering hay and helping other farms with various tasks and projects. His work experience starting from a young age has allowed him to learn what is needed for a business to succeed, something that he has taken to his current role at OlyFed as he helps local businesses grow and thrive.

Next week, Aron will graduate from Leadership Thurston County, a year-long immersive experience in acquiring a broad understanding of the complex issues facing the South Puget Sound region. The program helps facilitate collaborative efforts to embrace opportunities and resolve challenges, which will further help Aron and OlyFed be a better resource for our community.
