At Olyfed, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. This space is dedicated to sharing the results of the steps we’ve taken to strengthen internal transparency, create clearer career pathways and foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace. In addition to launching the projects outlined in our application, we always take time to celebrate our people, fondly known as OlyFedders, who are recognized both within our organization and throughout the community. Their accomplishments are regularly highlighted on our website and social media.
