A year later Sue was promoted to part-time Administrative Assistant and in 2006, she took on the same job in a full-time role with OlyFed. Later in 2008, Sue was promoted to Administrative Assistant II, responsible for manage OlyFed’s facility needs. Sue knows all of OlyFed’s buildings inside and out and jokingly will share “Sue at your Survis” when she often arrives as the hero in fixing or resolving a facility issue or challenge.
“Sue is an incredibly caring, humble and thoughtful person that works extraordinarily hard to provide the highest quality customer service,” Lori Drummond, President & CEO, said. “Sue is responsive, supportive and very knowledgeable when it comes to supporting her colleagues and the efficient operations of our facilities.”
Sue has been acknowledged and honored with several different awards for her dedication to excellence. She’s twice been named Employee of the Quarter, has also received OlyFed’s prestigious Kris Fischer Customer Service award and on multiple occasions won the Golden Dustpan award for her extra efforts to care for our buildings and grounds.
“On any given day you will find Sue going the extra mile, whether it’s picking up trash in the parking lot, helping a customer jump start their car or coming in early for an emergency repair,” Drummond shared.
“More importantly, Sue cares deeply about her colleagues and she takes pride in being a great friend and resource to those around her.”
In her free time, Sue collects Polish pottery and loves antiques and beautiful furniture. She also loves spending time with her family and is famous at OlyFed for her amazing biscotti and spinach dip. Thank you Sue for your 20 years of Survis!
