Mortgage & Consumer Loan Statement Update

We launched the capability for our mortgage and consumer loan customers to receive electronic statements or eStatements (as they are more commonly known).

Why am I now receiving a monthly paper loan statement?

In order to offer this feature to all of our mortgage and consumer loan customers, we needed to update our system to ensure every customer receives a statement. This means some of our customers who have not received a paper statement in the past will begin receiving a monthly mailed hard copy statement in 2022.

What can I do if I don’t want to receive a monthly paper statement?

If you don’t wish to receive a paper statement, you can choose one of two options.

You can sign up for eStatements with two easy steps:

1.) Log into online banking system, select “Services” and click-on “eStatements.”

2.) Follow the prompts to sign-up. It’s simple, secure and fast.

Once you’re signed up for loan eStatements, you will receive a monthly email notification when your new statement is ready to view. If you have questions or need help enrolling with eStatements, please contact our Digital Services team at digitalbanking@olyfed.com.

Your second option is to opt-out of receiving a statement altogether. To discontinue your monthly loan statements, we ask you to contact our Loan Servicing team at (360) 754-3400.

If would like to continue to receive a paper statement you don’t need to take any action.

What information is included in my monthly loan statement?

It’s important to note that both the hard copy and electronic statements provide a regular update on your current mortgage balance and how much principal and interest has been paid as part of your overall monthly payment.
