This program is a one-of-a-kind product that has been designed for the needs of our personal and business customers that are devoted to environmentally friendly and ecologically-responsible housing.

- Waive your loan fee, while enjoying low closing costs.**

OLYMPIA COMMUNITY SOLAR
OlyFed is proud to partner with Olympia Community Solar as part of their Solarize Campaign, which offers free solar assessments/quotes and special group purchase pricing saving you money on equipment and installation.
In 2021, more than 125 Thurston County residents and businesses accessed solar at prices below market rates, thanks to the solar group-purchasing program, Solarize Thurston.
Combining demand for clean energy saves local solar installers time and resources and allows them to purchase equipment in bulk – saving you money. Olympia Community Solar has vetted all of the local contractors and pre-negotiated special pricing so that you benefit from an affordable and timely installation.
The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Index is the industry standard by which a home’s energy efficiency is measured. It’s also a nationally recognized system for inspecting and calculating a home’s energy performance.
