Hired in April 2018, Salome began her career with OlyFed as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Hawks Prairie branch. In January 2020, she was promoted to Universal Banker before moving to the Yelm Highway branch as Lead CSR in January 2023.
In recognition of her extraordinary efforts, Salome has received several honors and awards for her dedication to her professional development and excellence in customer service. “Salome lives out OlyFed’s values each day in the way she serves our customers and supports her colleagues,” Josh Deck, President & CEO said.

In her free time, Salome is a volunteer at Adorned Bridal in Lakewood which sells affordable bridal wear that has been donated, with all proceeds supporting work to fight human trafficking. She loves plants, Disney, Star Wars and musicals, especially The Phantom of the Opera which she recently saw on Broadway during a trip to New York with her oldest daughter.
