Raina was hired in August 2017 as a Float Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Olympia branch and less than a year later she was promoted to Universal Banker. In January 2020, Raina was named Assistant Branch Manager in Downtown Olympia and in October 2021, she was promoted to Westside Branch Manager.
Always there celebrating the successes of her coworkers, Raina is also committed to life-long learning and developing her skills as a finance professional. Her knowledge, dependability and commitment to excellence in customer service is why she’s been recognized with several awards including Employee of the Quarter in 2021.

A life-long OlyFed customer since the age of seven when her parents opened her first savings account, Raina has a deep appreciation for OIyFed’s values and commitment to the community. That love of community is equaled in her love of the outdoors, which is why Raina loves visiting, exploring and finding new adventures at national parks. A former college soccer player, Raina, still enjoys playing rec league soccer each week.
