Raina joined OlyFed in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Olympia branch and was quickly promoted to Universal Banker before being named Assistant Branch Manager in 2020. Due to her dedicated leadership and commitment to developing her skills, she was promoted in 2021 to West Olympia Branch Manager.
