
Rory started her OlyFed journey in 2015 as a summer intern, continuing each summer through 2018. In October 2020, Rory made her return to OlyFed when she was hired as the Loan Origination Systems Administrator. Just two years later, her technical expertise and thoughtful problem-solving earned her a well-deserved promotion to Business Systems Analyst in October 2022.
Over the years, Rory has been recognized for her excellence and dedication through several internal awards, including the prestigious Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service award and the Employee of the Quarter award. These honors reflect Rory’s consistent curiosity, integrity and willingness to go above and beyond for her colleagues. Learning, problem-solving and building tools that make others’ jobs easier are some of the things she enjoys most about her role.

Rory is an avid Dungeons & Dragons player with an impressive dice collection. She also loves to travel and has explored destinations across the US, Costa Rica, Ireland and Iceland. Most recently, she took her first train trip to San Francisco, though she’s decided air travel is the way to go for future adventures!
