Patricia began her OlyFed career in January 2021as a part-time Float Customer Service Representative at the Tumwater branch. From day one, she brought a strong work ethic to every branch she supported, and in January 2023 she was promoted to Universal Operations Assistant where she continues to be a dependable and valued member of the operations team.
Her dedication to both customers and coworkers is reflected in the recognition and awards she has received for her excellence in customer service and her commitment to living out OlyFed’s values.

Patricia’s life experiences are just as impressive as her professional journey. Due to her husband’s military service, she has lived in many places around the world, including Germany, Belgium, Romania, Panama, Ohio, Colorado and Washington. Born in Hamburg, Germany, she grew up in the home of the world’s largest beer festival, yet did not try beer until she moved to Washington. A fun fact about Patricia: some of her favorite things include tuna on pizza and black licorice. When she is not spending time with her three grandsons, you will likely find her skiing at White Pass, where she would happily be every day if she could.
