Casey Kilborn, has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Relationship Officer and was appointed as a member of the bank’s executive team.
In this new role, Kilborn will continue to lead the bank’s commercial lending, business banking and mortgage loan officer teams, while expanding his role in support of OlyFed’s community outreach, marketing and business development efforts.
Hired in 2015, Kilborn began his time with OlyFed as the Branch Manager at the bank’s Yelm Highway location. In March 2018, he was appointed a bank officer and Assistant Vice President. Later that year, Kilborn was promoted to District Manager, and in 2021, he was named Retail Banking Manager. Due to his leadership and dedication to the bank, Kilborn was promoted to Vice President in April 2022. In March 2025, he was promoted to VP/Director of Business Development where he has excelled in building meaningful long-term partnerships. In his free-time Kilborn serves as Treasurer of the board of directors with the Olympia Downtown Alliance and coaches’ basketball at Olympia High School.

Sarah Caldwell, Chehalis Branch Manager has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Caldwell joined OlyFed in July 2017 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey branch and shortly thereafter she was promoted to Lead CSR. In June 2018, Caldwell was promoted to Universal Banker at the Downtown Olympia branch and then she moved to a Compliance Specialist position in November of that same year. In January 2020, Caldwell was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Yelm Highway branch and in October 2021, she moved to Assistant Branch Manager in Tumwater and then Branch Manager shortly thereafter. Last September, Caldwell was promoted once again, becoming the Chehalis Branch Manager, where she’s been instrumental in growing household and deposit relationships in significant ways. Caldwell currently serves as President of the board of directors with Rebuilding Together Thurston County and represents OlyFed by volunteering at numerous community events and social service activities.
Nicole Montoya, Yelm Branch Manager has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Montoya started her career at OlyFed in June 2016 as the Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the downtown Olympia branch and less than a year later she was promoted to Universal Banker in Lacey. In 2018, Montoya transferred to the Yelm Branch and was soon promoted again to Loan offer and Assistant Branch Manager. At the beginning of 2021 Montoya was promoted to Tumwater Branch Manager and in 2023 she was named Yelm Branch Manager. Montoya is an active leader with the bank’s Better Fedder Committee, which is dedicated to building the bank’s organizational culture and she is involved with several community events and projects while having served as the Chair of the Olympia Master Builders Tour of Homes.
Cory Swank, Hawks Prairie Branch Manager has been promoted to Assistant Vice President.
Swank began his career with OlyFed in February 2025 as the Hawks Prairie Branch Manager. Swank joined OlyFed with more than 20 years of banking and financial services experience and in his short time with the bank he’s made a tremendous impact on staff and business development. An active participant in the bank’s Product Innovation Committee, Swank has also helped pioneer new training programs and practices that have advanced the way the bank serves its customers. Swank serves on the board of directors with both South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity and the Thurston/Mason Crisis Clinic and he is a member of the Hawks Prairie Rotary Club.
