While we update systems, you will still be able to check your balances and view your transactions; however, beginning at the close of business this Friday, July 10th, you won’t be able to make external transfers, mobile check deposits or utilize the bill pay services until the morning of July 15, when the new digital banking platform goes live.
Please remember you can continue to make transfers with OlyFed’s telephone banking system (360-754-9440) and deposits can be made at any of our branches’ night drops or any of our convenient ATMs.
Users of Intuit QuickBooks are also encouraged to download their history prior to the close of business on Friday to ensure you have all your documentation before the automated switch to our new system. We deeply appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we make these changes. When the new system is up and running, it may take a few days for our digital banking platform and QuickBooks to sync.
