Melissa demonstrates leadership with her hands-on approach to onboarding. Recently, OlyFed welcomed a new loan officer and Melissa developed a thoughtful plan that introduced not only the technical aspects of the role but also OlyFed’s values, culture and commitment to the communities we serve. She is diligent and takes great pride in being thorough, consistently making sound lending recommendations that benefit both customers and the Association. This is incredibly important in lending, where trust, guidance and expertise help customers navigate some of life’s most important decisions. 

Melissa regularly participates in community events and serves on the board of Olympia Master Builders, ensuring she remains connected to local housing successes and challenges while strengthening OlyFed’s presence throughout the region.
