Appointed to the board in August 2000, Maxwell has played an instrumental role in shaping the direction and success of the bank. A well respected and connected business leader, Maxwell is a retired Senior Vice President with HDR Engineering where he focused primarily on environmental and economic development projects. His thoughtful insight and steady leadership when it comes to community banking and local economics have contributed greatly to OlyFed’s success.
A graduate of Washington State University, Maxwell is also a past board member of United Way of Thurston County where he served as Board President and Campaign Chair.
