Leanne was hired in June 2014 as the Executive Assistant and promoted to Corporate Secretary in 2019. In April 2020, she joined the bank’s senior leadership team with her promotion to Vice President.

Fondly named by her colleagues as the “Chief Excitement Officer,” Leanne has received many internal accolades for her dedication to the company’s values and her commitment to lifting up her fellow OlyFedders. In fact, she is a past recipient of the Employee of the Quarter Award as well as the esteemed Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award.

On a personal note, Leanne loves Halloween and starts planning for the annual OlyFed costume contest months in advance. She is very creative and loves arts and crafts. She has two spoiled Cockapoos named Monte and Pepper. In addition, Leanne has a son who is in the Air Force stationed in South Carolina, and a daughter who will be heading into her Junior year at Western Washington University.
