Lilian’s Olyfed career started in June 2021 as a Float Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Downtown branch. Her dedication to continuous growth and development led to her promotion to Universal Banker in April 2023. Since then, she has consistently distinguished herself through exceptional service, earning recognition from both customers and colleagues alike. Customers frequently share positive feedback about her ability to provide thoughtful, personalized support, regardless of the complexity of their needs.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, she consistently goes beyond expectations rather than simply meeting goals. In July 2022, Lilian’s outstanding customer service led to her receiving the Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award.

She takes the time to build meaningful relationships, becoming a trusted resource for customers who often choose to wait for her assistance or return when she is available. Lilian approaches every opportunity with diligence, empathy, and determination. Whether helping customers achieve their financial goals or supporting local businesses with their banking needs, she consistently lives the OlyFed values every day.

When she’s not providing excellent service at OlyFed, you can find her cooking and connecting with people; she especially loves making Nigerian food for community events. Lilian is a fabulous fashion-ista and has done some modeling as one of her hobbies, along with her love of reading. She likes to say that she is a “practicing chauffeur” for her son and all his sports activities. Lilian and her son also share a birthday-August 25th! She enjoys learning new skills and is always looking for ways to grow personally and professionally.
