Since joining the OlyFed team in November 2020 as a Compliance Specialist, La Tonya has made a lasting impact through her dedication, leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. In April 2024, she was promoted to Compliance Assistant Manager, a well-earned recognition of her expertise and leadership within the Compliance Department.

In 2024, La Tonya was honored with the Lori G. Drummond Leadership Award, recognizing her consistent willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of her department and the Association as a whole. She has also been recognized for her commitment to lifelong learning and her ongoing efforts to strengthen her skills and professional abilities.
Outside of work, La Tonya is preparing to step into an exciting new role as a grandmother and is happily enjoying every moment of shopping for the new baby.
