Jackie began her OlyFed career in March 2019 as a Customer Service Representative at the West Olympia branch. In January 2020 she was promoted to Loan Funder before moving to the Loan Closer position in November 2020.

In August 2022, Jackie moved to her current role of Loan Servicing Assistant. During her five years with OlyFed, she has earned many internal accolades and has become known for her friendly and positive attitude.

In her free time, Jackie loves to cook and care for others, especially her growing family. She will be welcoming her second grandchild any day now! She also enjoys trips to Guam where she can soak up the sun and spend time with her family. Some fun facts about Jackie are that she raises chickens, plays in an adult recreational soccer league, loves to fish and has a love of classic cars!
