Five years later, she earned another promotion to Compliance Manager and in April 2025 she was named Assistant Vice President (AVP), Compliance Manager.

Heidi has also been recognized with internal values awards numerous times throughout her career and continues to exemplify OlyFed’s commitment to excellence.

Her heart and dedication to continually making the Association, our systems and our services better and stronger every day is truly inspiring.”
When Heidi is not in the office, you can usually find her with her beloved pets. Inspired by her volunteer work with Joint Animal Services, Heidi helped establish Fur Love Haven, a nonprofit organization that supports animal rescues in Washington and Oregon. She also created a network of fosters and trainers for dogs in need throughout the country. She makes sure these animals are healthy, safe and loved by those fostering and adopting them. Heidi is also an avid TikTok viewer. If there’s a dog video, especially one featuring a chihuahua, chances are she’s already seen it!
