Hired in November 2020, Heather began her OlyFed career as a Customer Service Representative at the Downtown branch. Her passion for people and eagerness to learn quickly stood out, earning her a promotion to Universal Banker in September 2021. Just three years later, in July 2024, Heather was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager where she continues to be a steady and supportive leader for her team.
Throughout her time with OlyFed, Heather’s commitment to learning, her dedicated service to her customers and colleagues and her care for the community have earned her several internal corporate value awards.

While she has found her home here at OlyFed, Heather once dreamed of becoming a geologist. In fact, she still loves searching for stones, especially garnets. She’s a fan of all things fantasy, from playing Dungeons & Dragons and attending Renaissance fairs to reading her favorite fantasy novel series (more than once!).
