If you receive a phone call and you’re any bit skeptical it is not us, just kindly tell the person on the other end of the phone that you are going to hang up and call us back. We will not be upset with you hanging up on us; we’ll be glad you did to ensure your security and financial well-being. When you call us back, we’ll be happy to assist you.
Our Fraud Protection Services will not contact you via text message from our main phone number (360) 754-3400. All our fraud communications come from a different phone number.
Our Fraud Center will never ask you for your debit card number, full social security number, passwords and/or personal identification number (PIN). Our team may ask you for a combination of some basic security and identification questions to ensure they are in fact talking to you, while safeguarding your account.
We will never ask you to sign in or offer up personal/confidential information.
If you are unsure if it is truly OlyFed on the other end of the line, hang up and call us back.
