Deidre began her career with OlyFed in October 2014 as a Human Resources Generalist and has been shaping our culture and elevating our employee experience ever since! As the first point of contact for applicants, Deidre sets the tone for a positive and welcoming work environment.
Beyond her core HR responsibilities, Deidre coordinates essential trainings, participates in the Safety Committee and continuously seeks innovative ways to enhance employee satisfaction. She ensures the bank attracts and retains top talent through her meticulous recruitment efforts and collaborative partnerships with community organizations like BankWork$ and WorkEx.
Her dedication to our company values has been recognized with numerous internal awards, including the prestigious Lori G. Drummond Leadership Award.

Outside of work, Deidre loves to travel, especially to places rich in history. In fact, she recently returned from a trip of a lifetime, cruising around the Mediterranean — a trip she had planned for well over a year. She has lived in five states (Oregon, Washington, California, Texas and Florida) and even lived in Thailand for six weeks! When she’s not traveling, she enjoys going on walks with her adorable little Shih Tzu pup, Bandit.
