Throughout the past quarter, Deidre has gone above and beyond to ensure the success of the Association. To ensure quality hires, she was responsible for screening and interviewing more than 100 candidates during the past quarter alone. She has managed and improved the interview scheduling and employee review processes and updated every job description across the Association.
In addition to her regular duties, Deidre also coordinates activities such as CPR training and participates on our Safety Committee. She is always looking for new ways to improve the employee experience to create a more positive and productive work environment. She is a source of all things HR related and is always happy to assist employees with questions and concerns. She attended conferences on HR best practices to better serve the Association and its employees, planned the company picnic, coordinated United Way activities and still found time to volunteer in our community.
