Dana was selected by her peers for this honor due to her exceptional dedication to her teammates, customers and the communities OlyFed serves.
Colleagues describe Dana as someone who consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. Over the past year, she has helped train employees for the new Chehalis branch, supported float employees across locations, helped in the Customer Care Center and created meaningful professional development experiences for interns and team members alike.
Beyond the branch, Dana is deeply involved in the community. She volunteers with Wild Grief, a local nonprofit, and regularly supports community events and fundraisers, helping extend OlyFed’s presence and mission throughout the region.
