Dani began her OlyFed career as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in November 2013 at the Hawks Prairie branch before quickly being promoted to Lead CSR and moving to the Downtown Olympia branch in September 2014. In July 2015, she was promoted to Savings Counselor and then again to Loan Processor/Closer in September 2017 before changing to Loan Closer in August 2018.
Dani’s hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed and in January 2019 she was promoted to Senior Loan Closer. Most recently, in August 2021, she was promoted to Loan Processing/Closing Manager, a testament to her impressive work history and leadership at OlyFed.
She has received numerous internal corporate value awards that recognize her commitment to lifelong learning and dedication to always doing the right thing. In addition, she has received several loan production awards, the Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award and was even named OlyFed’s Employee of the Quarter this past July.

A little-known fact about Dani is that she has broken the same foot multiple times and she grew up on a farm where she cared for many animals. Dani has a love of hiking and Harry Potter. She even has a dedicated Harry Potter room in her house. Despite a strong aversion to karaoke, Dani is known to sing aloud all day at her desk.
