Carrie joined OlyFed in February 2015 as the bank’s first Commercial Relationship Manager. She has been the driving force in helping the bank’s business and commercial departments grow, moving to the new Business Banking office in February 2017 and becoming VP of Business Banking in February 2019.
In July 2020, Carrie was promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Credit Officer where she has continued to lead and enhance OlyFed’s business banking efforts through building community connections and providing insight and expertise to local entrepreneurs.
Carrie’s leadership and commitment go beyond her role at OlyFed. She serves as Secretary for the Thurston Economic Development Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for South Puget Sound Community College Foundation.
“We are incredibly fortunate to have Carrie’s expertise, passion and unwavering dedication to the business community,” Josh Deck, President & CEO said. “Her lifelong commitment to helping others achieve their goals—whether through resources, programs, or support—has made a profound impact on countless people.”
Outside of work, Carrie is a true cowgirl. She owns cattle, three horses (Brando, Sebastian and Brandy), chickens and her loyal dog, Tigger. She is very driven in this area of her life as well, competing in (and winning) reined cow horse events. Carrie is an avid skier and loves spending her downtime in Whitefish, Montana where she can unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
