Hired in September 2015, Casey began his OlyFed career as the Yelm Highway Branch Manager. In March 2018, he was appointed a bank officer and Assistant Vice President. Later that year, Casey was promoted to District Manager, and in 2021, he was named Retail Banking Manager. Due to his leadership and dedication to the bank, Casey was promoted to Vice President in April 2022. In March 2025, he was promoted to VP/Director of Business Development where he continues to play an instrumental role in leading the business banking and loan officer teams.
Casey has received numerous internal corporate value awards recognizing his exceptional service, knowledge and commitment to serving his community and colleagues. He has twice been named Employee of the Quarter by his peers in 2018 and 2020 and has also received the prestigious Lori Drummond Leadership Award.

Known for his creative costumes, whether it’s as Buddy the Elf, a hot dog, a sequin blazer or a goat, Casey is always game to make people laugh and know that they matter. Outside of work, he is the ultimate Girl Dad, showing up to every cheer event, school fundraiser, concert or just for a Starbucks run. He’s a longtime basketball coach at his alma mater, Olympia High School, where he is beloved and respected by all those he’s coached over the years.
