Bobbi’s career at OlyFed began in July of 1988 when she was hired as a Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Olympia branch. After a year in that role, she was promoted to Loan Servicing Assistant. Demonstrating a talent for the complexities of the lending process, Bobbi was promoted to Loan Closer in July 1993.

In May 1995, her leadership skills were recognized and she was promoted to Westside Branch Manager, and in November of 2001, she was promoted again to Online Banking Manager, a role in which she was instrumental in guiding the bank’s digital strategy and developing online banking and bill pay.

In August 2006, Bobbi was promoted to AVP/Main Branch & Online Banking Manager, where she continued to excel in her leadership and management skills. In recognition of her talents, in April 2008 Bobbi was named VP/Administrative Services Manager and in 2010 she led the construction project to build the bank’s new Belfair branch. She has since led the renovation and construction of many other OlyFed facilities.

This past April, Bobbi was named SVP/Chief Administration Officer and joined the bank’s executive team. Maintaining a wealth of knowledge and experience, Bobbi has earned many internal awards and recognition, including Employee of the Quarter. Her commitment to going the extra mile for customers, employees and the community, has earned her the respect of her peers and many local leaders.

Some of Bobbi’s favorite things include vacationing in Mexico and Disney’s Tarzan, of which she loves the soundtrack. She has a cat named Earl Grey who goes on hikes along with her dog, Diego. A little-known fact about Bobbi is that she has completed a mini triathlon although, she would say she barely completed it!
