Starting July 30, 2025, Bill Pay’s new look and layout make it easier to see what matters most. With a clean, modern layout, you’ll enjoy a more streamlined experience that lets you view, schedule and manage all your payments in just a few clicks. The navigation experience is smoother, payment history is more accessible and upcoming bills are organized at a glance.
Here are some key updates with the upcoming upgrades:
- Customers will find their eBills and reminders in a prominent Unpaid Bills section. Other billers will be arranged by user activity in the My Billers section.
- A “To-Do” view provides users with payment reminders and gives out relevant financial information.
- Search will be added to the Bill Pay homepage to help users locate a specific biller and navigate through Bill Pay more quickly and conveniently.
- The new user interface will help improve accessibility and enhance functionality with conformance to industry best practices and guidelines. In short, users will have a better experience across multiple screens/devices.
What remains unchanged?
- Users will continue to have the ability to manage payments and all payment activity, including scheduled and processed payments.
- Recurring payment settings and AutoPay plans will remain unchanged.
- Users will be able to continue to access and be able to organize in groups any billers they have added to Bill Pay.
