Casey Kilborn, VP/Business Development Director
Casey Kilborn was promoted to VP/Business Development Director, where he will help the bank continue to forge new relationships throughout the community by leading the business banking and loan officer teams. Kilborn will play an instrumental role in partnering with OlyFed’s branch and commercial teams as they strive to serve new customers and new markets with a growing portfolio of products and services.
Lindsey Bamba, AVP/Retail Banking Operations Manager
Lindsey Bamba was promoted to AVP/Retail Banking Operations Manager, where she will oversee the day-to-day operations of OlyFed’s eight branches. Bamba, who has worked for OlyFed for more than 20 years, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role where she will help the Association’s branch teams continue to be more efficient and effective in serving the bank’s growing customer base.
Over the past several years, Bamba has served as the Downtown Olympia Branch Manager. Stepping into Bamba’s role is Kaitlyn Koeller, who has been OlyFed’s Lacey Branch Manager for almost five years. Koeller’s move to the Downtown Olympia Branch created an opportunity to promote Lacey Assistant Branch Manager Trina Cruz to Branch Manager.
In addition to these staffing changes, OlyFed is also pleased to promote Deidre Michie to Senior Human Resources Generalist and Joanna Jones to Senior Payroll Administrator as this fabulous HR duo has taken on increasing responsibilities to ensure that OlyFed remains committed to the highest employment and regulatory standards all while fostering a positive company culture and work environment.
Lastly, the bank is delighted to promote Sierra Taylor to Accounting Clerk after serving this past year as part of OlyFed’s Loan Servicing team. Furthermore, Kristi Olson was promoted to Universal Operations Assistant after serving the past two years as both a Customer Service Representative and Universal Banker at the Westside branch.
