Amity began her OlyFed career in June 2018 as an Operations Assistant before becoming Universal Operations Assistant in September 2020. Due to her hard work and commitment to excellence, she was promoted to Operations Assistant Manager just over a year later in October 2021.
In recognition of her extraordinary efforts, Amity has received several honors and awards for her ability to wow the customer, her commitment to lifelong learning and always doing the right thing. She gives 110% to her job and goes above and beyond expectations by serving on the bank’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) Committee. “Amity is an outstanding employee and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team,” Josh Deck, President & CEO said.

She has many talents outside of the office, including being a master at trivia and a fantastic singer – she used to sing in a choir! She loves to be creative, often working on DIY home projects with her husband, and she loves plants and animals. She has a money tree named Jack Pot and a cat named Hayward.
Amity regularly takes part in community volunteer opportunities with the bank as well as on her own. She even served on the board of directors with the Friends of the Olympia Farmers Market.
