Ashley began her OlyFed career as an Accounting Assistant in March 2021. Her strong work ethic and natural aptitude for finance quickly set her apart, leading to a promotion to Accountant in May 2022 before stepping into the role of Assistant Controller that same year. Ashley’s dedication and commitment to continuous learning did not go unnoticed and in March 2024 she was promoted to AVP/Controller.
“OlyFed is fortunate to have someone with Ashley’s talent, discipline and integrity on our team,” said Josh Deck, President & CEO. “She has grown tremendously in a short period of time and continues to demonstrate the kind of leadership and dedication that strengthens our entire organization.”
Ashley has been recognized with internal value awards for Committed to Lifelong Learning and the Lori G. Drummond Leadership Award. In 2023, she also completed the Washington Bankers Association Executive Development Program, a comprehensive course designed to cultivate the next generation of banking leaders, where participants gain insight into important economic, regulatory and competitive pressures facing the industry today.
A graduate of Washington State University, Ashley is currently continuing her education with the goal of completing her Accounting degree and sitting for the CPA exams. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, visiting national parks, puzzling, watching anime and spending time with family, including her cats.
